Tuesday:         Chicken and fruit curry with brown rice / Apple and orange tart / Turkey and cheese tortillas with veggie sticks and dips / Yoghurt and raspberries

Wednesday:    Lamb and sweet potato burgers with cous cous and tomato sauce / Bananas / Fish goujons with baked beans / Fromage Frais

Thursday:        Roast beef and roasties / Chocolate brownies / Assorted sandwiches / Fruit salad

Friday:             Grilled plaice with oven chips and peas / Melon / Chicken and vegetable soup / Fromage Frais
