Monday:           Tangy turkey with carrot and swede mash,           Banana custard

Tuesday:          Spinach and ricotta cheese cannelloni,                  Stewed apple and custard

Wednesday:    Roast chicken and vegetables,    Chocolate sponge

Thursday:         Captain’s fish pie topped with cauliflower and potato mash,  Fruits of the Forest Crumble

Friday:             Sausage and potato cakes with broccoli and cheese sauce,   Lemon curd tart and custard
